Chelsea Ritter (Critter to her father) is a high school student. She talks to her pet tarantula, Persephone...calls her father by his first name, and on her best days in school, she is harassed by a punk named Tim. Oh, and her next-door neighbor murders women in his basement and she knows about it. Not only that, but he knows she knows. She even has video proof, and she has a plan...but it isn't what you think.
