The Initiative

Life in the medical field is never dull, but when three surgeons are offered a rare opportunity to "save the world", they find themselves unable to pass it up. Katherine is a passionate plastic surgeon from Los Angeles. Darren is a down-to-earth general surgeon from San Diego. Philip is a heavily detail-oriented neurosurgeon from San Francisco. Together, they are recruited to form The Initiative - an elite group dedicated to ridding the world of the evildoers that inhabit it. What they fail to realize is that once they're in, they cannot get out unless they're willing to face the consequences.
