The Hound of the Baskervilles

One among the four crime novels written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle of the Sherlock Holmes fame, the hound of the Baskervilles is a chilling story of murder and mystery. It is set in the spooky moors of England's West country. The case is made even more mysterious by the legend and evidence of a gigantic hound that is a curse upon the Baskervilles. Assisted by his friend doctor Watson, detective Sherlock Holmes embarks upon a journey to solve the mystery on the Moor. Would he encounter the giant hound that plagued the misty Dartmoor of Devon or would he prove it an urban legend that was fed by fear and superstitions of the local population of that remote land?
