The Futility Wars

A cold, sterile hospital room had been Matthias home for the early parts of his life, but soon an alien ship arrives in the Sol system bringing a message out to all humans: War is coming, And humanity needs to do their part.

Matthias signs up to leave his mortal body behind to become a machine, escaping his shackled body and becoming the only thing capable of slowing down the Futility.

But are the aliens his only foes, when humanity had fought each other for generations?

Matthias must struggle to weave the complex web of politics and warfare to give humanity a chance of survival in this universe.
