George C. Pieper, Jr. is a retired US Navy CPO having served 23 years. He published 3 cartoon books about the Navy. He is a husband, father, grandfather, great great grandfather, a public speaker, an accomplished singer, a cartoon artist, and an honorary member of the National Cartoonist Society.
