The fight against terrorism in Senegal

The purpose of this book is to reflect on the measures taken to combat terrorism in Senegal. The aim is to see if these preventive and repressive measures put in place by the State of Senegal to fight against terrorism are accompanied by respect for fundamental rights and freedoms. This book takes stock of the situation and shows the achievements and effectiveness of the measures put in place but also raises the drifts and abuses. It shows that these measures can be improved and that they should be reconciled with the respect of fundamental rights and freedoms to be more effective.
