The eight Season comprises photographic expeditions into Lake Puula, the regional lake of Southern Savonia; famous for its rocky shores, its rugged cliffs, and its pellucid waters.

For anyone attracted by the clean, lake waters, these expeditions also serve as brief journeys into the past and the present, from the viewpoint of the lake's constantly changing and increasingly fractured relationship to nature.

A picture is worth a thousand words - and a word is worth a hundred pictures. Together they are able to discover the eighth season, and to tell a story of lake Puula.
