The Days

The Dean of Arabic Literature, Taha Hussein, tells us in a smooth and enjoyable manner about his childhood, before he lost his sight and how he lost it, about his family and his relationship with them, his village and how he left it to Al-Azhar in search of Islamic knowledge. When he did not find what he wanted there, he went to the Egyptian University, and from there to France on a study mission, through which he was able to learn from the culture of the West and be influenced by it. Despite the many obstacles he faced in his life, he excelled and excelled, becoming a role model for entire generations.
