The book is divided into six chapters. The introduction is followed by chapter two, which deals with digitalisation. It looks at industrial developments, the Internet of Things and the Internet of Everything. This is followed by an insight into the basics of cryptocurrencies. Special attention is paid to their economic classification and market situation. The fourth chapter, starting on page 18, begins with general information about Iota and the market situation. This is followed by insights into the network and technology. The following chapter contains analyses. A strengths-weaknesses analysis and an environmental analysis are carried out in order to then create and evaluate a SWOT analysis. The conclusion on page 45 provides a brief summary of this work. Furthermore, an outlook for the future is given.
