The work seeks to integrate both a personal story of contemporary pastoral ministry within the rubric of Timothy's story as a benefactor of Paul's guidance in and through the epistle of 1 Timothy. The book seeks to guide the local church pastor through conflict management, polity, liturgy, and healing from woundedness.
