The Coders

After clinical death, Derek Reman returns to a talking unicorn, the Virgin Mary, an eyebrow-less man, and an intimidating being known as "Tusks"- these are the Coders. A future scientific discovery is what the Coders claim to protect; they use prediction, intimidation, and gaslighting to influence Derek. Their guidance results in judicial hearings, a detention facility, and a psychiatric care center.
