The Church and the Pastor

This book deals with the importance of knowing our pastors well. While highlighting the Biblical understanding of the role of a shepherd, this book also reveals the other side of a shepherd which the congregation generally failed to acknowledgement in their pastor. Hence, this book provides steps on how one can relate to their pastor and be an encourager to them. At the same time this book also has important guidelines and suggestions for pastors as they carry on the responsibility of shepherding God's church.
