In this book, Hailey, along with her best friend Quinn are excited to find out that there is going to be a new girl in their class and her name is Emily. Emily also has an older brother named Fred who is in Hailey's older brother and sister's class. These are twins named Gavin and Lainey.

Sounds like fun, but there is a problem. Fred is a bully. Gavin, along with his friends end up being the ones bullied by Fred. But, not everything is as it appears. Hailey and Quinn discover there is more to Fred and Emily than anyone could have known.
