The Antarctic Warms Up

In this book, Kate and Tom are taught about the importance of the Antarctic ice sheet. It was thought to be stable but they learn that it is now warming up at a faster rate than the rest of the world. It has its own ecosystem of plants and animals. They learn how important it is for us to preserve the Antarctic ice sheet to prevent climate change everywhere else in the world.
