The Advocate

The Advocate traces the cry from Job in the Old Testament who asks for a mediator to stand between himself and God. The book traces the answer to this plea and deals with the blood sacrifice of goats, bulls and lambs, the institution of Passover and the appointment of a priesthood to stand between God and man. The books sets forth how Jesus Christ fulfills Job's request for a mediator and how Jesus acts both as sacrifice and High Priest.
