There are more tales to be told... Bertie has jetted off to England to meet his long-lost sweetheart, Muriel. His return to London is not quite as he expected, fraught with complications of all sorts, from comic gaffes to the connivings of Muriel's nefarious butler, Wagmore. Back in idyllic Badger's Bay, Winnie is growing up and facing challenges of her own. The adolescent dachshund finally meets Douglas, the corgi of her dreams, and the pair contend with a threat from his mother's past, whilst also finding themselves entangled in a kidnap plot with a cross-Atlantic twist.
