Technological Labour Competences in Students

The aim of this work is to learn about and strengthen the specific and transversal technological labour competences of students of technical administrative careers who are about to complete their productive or practical stage, through a pedagogical strategy to satisfy the needs and requirements of companies in the public and private sectors. In this way, the aim is to contribute to the labour market with competent personnel, who have the administrative and information technology skills that support the administrative, operational and customer service processes in the productive labour sector. This is a great opportunity for the students, because it becomes the first job reference on their resume and first experience with the demands of the labour market. Lately, the results of the companies' evaluations regarding the students' internships have been focused on improving their skills in the use of office tools and office technology equipment. Therefore a transformation of the teaching processes in the different administrative and technological subjects will be applied.
