Four years hasn't mellowed the nature of Guardian Master Randolph. If anything, their relationship has grown more strained. Desmond, Jason Aurelius' dear friend, tries to intervene, but things only become more hostile. Guardian Master Raymond is sent to another Protectorate for the day where their Supreme Guardian is dying. Jason Aurelius is promoted to Guardian Master and sits in proxy in the Second Chair.
