Tales from Nestorville, Book 1

Tales from Nestorville, Book 1, is the first in a series of books about the adventures of animals that live in the peaceful meadow of Nestorville. It contains three stories with endearing characters and positive storylines that will capture the interest of children from pre-school age to age ten. Children will be amused by what happens to the noisy water birds who brag too much about themselves. They will sympathize with the little monkey who is not ready to be independent. And they will admire the courage of the timid rabbit who calls out a big bear for his rude behavior. Each story is followed by entertaining activities that reinforce basic academic skills such as comprehension and vocabulary, while promoting creativity, problem-solving, and social skills. Children can also color the illustrations throughout the book.
