How did you not lose your mind? ... Who is to say I didnt? I still talk to Tom every day, Sara questioned, Who is to say that this isnt another one of my hallucination? What if this really is a hallucination? It certainly is a good one with food and water and a person talking to me but does it mean I am about to die? That I am just minutes from dying and my brain is giving me one last happy illusion before that zombie eats me? ... Did I really want to wake up if that is the case?
