Ismail Kadare, Lasgush Poradeci, Din Mehmeti, and other authors of contemporary Albanian Literature are all covered in depth in the book "Studies on Albanian Literature and the Studies on Albanian Literature and the Kanun of Lek Dukagjini". The book also centers on Lek Dukagjini's Kanun, one of the greatest works of the Albanian culture.The author has structured the book in two parts: - the first part is entitled "Albanian literary studies" and represents a comprehensive study of five Albanian authors: Ismail Kadare, Hivzi Sulejmani, Din Mehmeti, Murat Isaku and Adnan Mehmeti.- the second part is entitled "Studies on the Kanun of Lek Dukagjini" and comprises an analysis of one of the monumental works of the Albanian Ethnocultural and Customary Law.
