Student ICS: Growing Leadership in Our Youth

Student ICS (Incident Command System) is an interactive instruction program that compliments leadership training of a group or organization. The design of Student ICS is to take professional organizational skills and demonstrate the application to the students' daily lives. The focus of the training is to build a practical structure of organization where each task is handled by one of five basic functions. Any project can use ICS to achieve an effective, efficient, and safe approach to a situation.
