However, transactional leadership give the individual an understanding of what needs to be changed, transformactional allows us to examine and evaluate and transformational brings the work to the surface!This concept of empowering everyone to be a leader is consistent with the notion of encouragement in Rehabilitation Counseling as it correlates to supporting individuals with disabilities to become self-governing. All Rehabilitation Counselors must begin to view themselves as leaders in the profession, and more importantly, leaders who can transform the profession.
