Streets That Speak gives a verbal picture of streets with not much protection and others with more blessings. It is written as a reminder of souls with sagging roofs and some no roof at all, and those who fortunately have never held a cardboard sign begging for dollar or morsel, nor have gone to sleep in a tiny, dusty room with noise outside, bathroom down the hall.
