Statistical elements for a Black Belt certification

This book presents some statistical tools used within the traditional Black Belt certifications of the Six Sigma methodology. Some topics of the Design of Experiments are addressed such as the construction of the ANOVA table, from the hypothesis testing process, the principles of the design of experiments with complete randomized blocks of one and two factors, as well as the technique of Latin squares and 2k factorials. The response surface methodology for optimization is also reviewed along with the study of graph theory methods. All from the point of view of what is necessary for a Black Belt certification course regarding process improvement.
