State, Power and Jurisdiction

A year after the launch of the first 'State, Power and Jurisdiction', the second volume is published, this time produced substantially by professors and academics from the Postgraduate Law Programme at the UNINTER International University Centre. The texts have been carefully selected and put together by the organisers. They cover the notorious themes of the PPGD-UNINTER Research Lines, namely: 'Theory and History of Jurisdiction' and 'Jurisdiction and Process in Contemporary Times'.
