Spirituality Without Religion: Second Edition

We usually think of humans as having five senses - touch, smell, sight, hearing and vision. However, there is a sixth sense that has been recognized through the ages, and that is the sense of spirituality. It has been expressed in many ways, the most prevalent when a person dies he is said to have "given up the ghost." This is the spark of life that we call spirit. There are methods that can be used to enhance this feeling of spirit and the realization that we are a part of this existence and a part of universal energy.
