Space Pioneers: Conglomerate

An impossible situation. An impossible decision. Rainie E'l e-Kah'ar, substitude commader of the Pioneer, unexpectedly finds herself trapped between a rock and a hard place when a nonphysical entity entraps her fellow crewmembers and starts killing them off. Should she adhere to her superiors' ruling to under no circumstances apply her special powers or should she do whatever she can to assure her crewmates' safety, consequences be damned?
