Texas Review Press brings you The Southwest Anthology: The Best of the Writing Programs, featuring the upper echelon in talent in poetry, fiction, and nonfiction at MFA, MA, and PhD programs across the Southwest. This beautiful volume was assembled and produced by graduate students in the MFA program in Creative Writing, Editing, and Publishing at Sam Houston State University, home of Texas Review Press. It was also put together under the care and supervision of Dr. Paul Ruffin, who sadly passed away before this publication was finished. It remains a testament to Dr. Ruffin's dedication to writing, teaching, and publishing.
