I've had lots of sorrow in my life and walked many valleys, but have gained immeasurable joy and hope despite AND because of these experiences. It's in the valleys I expend all my resources and learn how frail I truly am and then can see how truly abounding in resources, love and strength my Heavenly father is Come with me on a journey through the valley and let's look at how we can have joy in those darkest places where there seems no hope Hope for healing from the past, hope to get through today and hope for eternity
