Smashing Sobriety is a collection of sob(er) stories and diary excerpts of two previously drunk girls who got their sh#t together and plodded along, one step at a time, into sobriety. The book is a no-frills account of what it's like to reach that I-need-help realization and what you should and should not do to get to the ultimate goal: a booze-free existence. Smashing Sobriety features the trials and tribulations of Carla, wife and mom of 2 boys and Lila, a kid-free unmarried live-in partner. Along the way, these pages will make you laugh, cry, cringe and even guffaw.
