But when her grandmother makes her an offer she can't refuse-help Drake's sister's struggling startup in exchange for an introduction to the most powerful investor in the gaming industry-Venus grits her teeth and agrees.

Venus is determined to make a name for herself by launching the next Super Mario-sized hit. The last thing she needs is to tangle with her old nemesis, Drake, who betrayed her when they worked together in the past.

But between a youth group that's like a dungeon crawl gone wrong, an assistant who's definitely running cheat codes, and Grandma playing matchmaker like it's her favorite minigame, Venus is stuck on a chaotic side quest she never signed up for. Worst of all? Every time Drake is around, her heart starts glitching like a beta version of itself.
