Simplicity in Mind

"As figurative artists, we are often complimented on our ability to capture the human body within our pieces of art. Non-artists often comment that they can only draw stick men. But what they don't realize is that "only drawing stick men" can be a beginning point to further exploration and creativity within visual arts. With the show theme of "Stick Figures", we want to open this visual dialogue with the greater public to showcase what can be created from stick figures." Rebekah Wilkinson
