Leonard N. Simons (1904-1995) was one of Detroit's most prominent benefactors. Here, republished on the occasion of his eighty-fifth birthday, is presented a selection of his talks and addresses that illustrate a rare combination of wit, sensitivity, and boundless energy that made him a leader in the Detroit community.
