SILVER LININGS

Silver Linings is for everyone who felt grief while they were growing up. That is around 1 in 30 children and young people. These experiences can be transformative. They can lead to post-traumatic growth and huge achievement, but they can also lead to some people having a really tough time well into their adult life. This book aims to inspire young people that the death of a loved one - the most terrible event imaginable - can have a silver lining that leads to something positive, an unforeseen benefit.
