Silent Thoughts

This Life Poem collection is based on TRUE events from Caitlin from grade school to college. Dealing with mental illnesses like Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Agoraphobia, self harm and dealing with grief and trauma. This is based on true events and is not to be romanticized. These were stories based on life and trauma growing up in foster care and having a mental illness. This book also features talk about the different forms of abuse witness as well. This shows the side not many talk about behind closed doors, and to show others that they are not alone.
