Kara Troglin is a yoga teacher and writer originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She received her B.A. in creative writing from the University of Arkansas, where she also spent time studying plant biology. She is a lover of nature and traveling the world. Her biggest passion in life is sharing healing and compassion with all of humanity through yoga, writing, and genuine smiles. She currently resides in her favorite seaside town, Seward, Alaska. She Will Rise is her first collection of published poetry. She addresses her personal experiences with severe depression, trauma, mental illness, and the lovers that deeply affected her along the path of life. Her journey reveals that true healing and self-love can only come from within.
