She Speaks

This book contains a selection of poetry and prose from the past five years of Ashley's life. It is a combination of poems from her time engaging in the #escapril Instagram challenges as well as some new or reedited ones. It captures the range of emotions and changes one faces leaving their teenage years and entering into young adulthood. Some of these are from a personal perspective, while others are taken from a fictional point of view. Hopefully you find your story threaded amongst these pages too.
