Sharon's interview

Sharon is attending an interview with a logistics company specialising in exports to Africa. After her boyfriend drops her off she's met by 3 of the managers and the CEO, Mr Okoye. Sharon is asked to write down 5 things she's good at and 5 she's not. After each sentence she's tested on what's she's written and it becomes obvious to her the African management aren't interested in her typing skills, but she's a willing interviewee and will do what it takes to get the job. Does she pass the tests?
