This series of Books are entries from Journals and Memories of my Life over the years. The first time that I wrote my thoughts down on paper was in 1986, after being admitted into the psychiatric unit at Fort Hamilton Hospital after I attempted suicide. Time and Time again I found myself in situations that only my faith in God could help me helped me out of.
