Sexual Strongholds

Whether we are aware of it or not, we are all in pursuit of someone or something that can improve our life on earth. Even when we do attain our goals, it is nearly impossible to sustain the emotional highs of those achievements. Instead of feeling fulfilled, our lives are characterized by inner conflict and tension, a lack of purpose, and repetitive patterns of behavior that are hurtful to us and those we love. What stifles our human experience and holds us back from living a life of fulfillment, purpose, and peace every single day? The answer is strongholds. A stronghold is a spiritual, mental, and emotional fortress made of thinking patterns that negatively distort a person's outlook. In this book, I carefully dissect the issue of sexual strongholds, which are specific negative mindsets that can affect every adult. They are comprised of unwanted thoughts, feelings, behaviors, compulsive habits, obsessions, and experiences. These strongholds take root from one's sexual past and influence the direction of a person's life.
