This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on on Security, Privacy and Anonymity in Computation, Communication and Storage, SpaCCS 2016, held in Zhangjiajie, China, in November 2016.The 40 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 110 submissions.
