Science Benchmarking: for the Master Teacher of Science

The purpose of this book is to help guide upper elementary teachers' science instruction as well as monitor students mastery of standards within a science unit of study. Teachers will be able to track student understanding of science content prior to a summative test or state assessment. Teachers will have a conceptual understanding of how well their students will perform on assessments as well as having access to data that will drive purposeful instruction in the classroom.
