Sanctioned Brutality: Female Racism

Sanctioned Brutality is about "female racism" and why females are now a minority on Planet Earth. Two hundred million women have been sexually mutilated world-wide and this brutality is accepted behavior in many countries. Women in these areas, where this mutilations occur, have become the mutilators, acting on the wrongheaded male's force and instructions. This writing explains why third world countries remain third world and why educational standards for females remain low in these regions.
