Ryan’s loyalty was fierce, as he remained at Manchester United for his entire career, taking the squad from strength to strength. Through teamwork and his own remarkable skill, Giggs became one of the most decorated players in the club’s remarkable history.

His talent was not only recognized within the football community; in 2007 he was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s birthday honours list.
