Rules of the Road at Sea

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. It is an effort to make available to those for whose guidance and control the Rules of the Road were adopted and made law, a better understanding of what these rules mean as determined by the courts of the United States and England.
