This book seeks to explore the pneumatological signifi cance of theuse of the Hebrew term, (ruah spirit) in the book of Psalms. It will compare and contrast the use of as it relates to a basicunderstanding of (ruah qodeshkha literally, your spirit of holiness)in Psalm 33:6; 51:10 13; 104:30; 139:7 12; and 143:10. David in hispersonal communion with God was the fi rst to reveal the activity of theHoly Spirit as indwelling and guiding the believer even with a possibleexpansion of the idea of regeneration in the Old Testament. This bookconcludes that a manifestation of the person and work of the Holy Spiritappears to occur within the fi ve targeted passages.
