Role and status of committees in the organization of an event

After numerous researches on the foundations of the sports space, the youth events and the institution that represents UEFA (holder of the rights of the event), this writing tries to analyze the whole human management implemented in a youth event with educational values. This includes the role and status of the committees designed and associated with the youth competition, but also the most effective management techniques that are most likely to meet the requirements of these committees. The aim is to anticipate and explain, through a very schematic work facilitating the understanding, the richness and constraints of an event taking place in one year's time, day for day, from the most global analysis (the UNSS and the different partners of the event) to the most local one (the interaction between two commissions necessary to the preparation of the event).
