Rhythmology Stress Test

The exercise electrocardiogram is an important diagnostic and prognostic tool in cardiology. It consists of maximal or symptom-limited exercise, with continuous recording of an electrocardiogram, BP and other variables such as measurement of respiratory exchanges. Its indications can extend beyond coronary insufficiency and concern rhythmic pathology, provided that it is rigorously interpreted.
