Retroactivity in family assistance for children with disabilities

I thank God for allowing me to carry out this work which I believe is very important, that it is taken into account so that the legislators of the countries put their hands on their chests and see the needs of our children who really need specialised attention; for my child, for your child and for our children, let us work for those who need us without waiting for them to ask for it. I thank my parents and siblings who supported me with constancy in this project, my grandmother who at the end of this project went to heaven to take care of me and give me strength from there.
